Letter of Recommendation
Letters of recommendation are often a key part of the admissions process — whether you’re applying to a college, internship, leadership program, or volunteer opportunity. When required, they offer admission teams a more personal and holistic view of who you are beyond test scores and grades.
While applications and academic records show your performance on paper, a strong letter of recommendation highlights your character, strengths, and potential — giving decision-makers insight into how you might contribute to their program or institution.

My services are individualized to help your student stand out — whether in college applications, scholarship opportunities, or academic programs. Each service is personalized to highlight your student’s unique strengths and achievements, helping them stand out in college admissions, scholarship applications, and beyond.
A student assessment is required to determine whether a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) is appropriate and necessary for the intended application. If it is deemed necessary, the student will be asked to complete a comprehensive review and interview to ensure the letter accurately reflects their strengths, goals, and achievements.
Parents and/or students will not receive a copy of a letter of recommendation. The LOR will only be submitted through a confidential and credible online college, university, or scholarship application website or via a secure link to a potential employer.
The LOR does not guarantee educational acceptance or employment.
Homeschooling and Charter
California Required Documentation
Private/home schools are required to maintain the following records (EC Section 33190):
- Attendance records, which require the attendance of the pupils be kept by private school authorities in a register, and the record of attendance shall indicate clearly every absence of the pupil from school for a half day or more during each day that school is maintained during the year (EC Section 48222).
- The courses of study offered by the institution.
- The names and addresses, including city and street, of its faculty, together with a record of the educational qualifications of each.
Transcripts
Getting ready for college? Admissions officers consider several factors to get to know you — including your application, essay, test scores, and GPA. One of the first (and most important) things they review is your high school transcript.
Your transcript shows the courses you’ve completed, the grades you’ve earned, and your overall GPA. It gives colleges a clear picture of how prepared you are — and where you may excel academically. It can also play a key role in scholarship decisions, so accuracy and presentation matter.
For homeschool families, creating a transcript can feel overwhelming. It takes time, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of what colleges expect. That’s where I can help.

Transcript Delivery Information
Upon completion, transcripts can be picked up locally or mailed to you via USPS.
- Unofficial transcripts may be emailed directly to the parent or student.
- Official transcripts will not be emailed to parents or students. Instead, official transcripts can be emailed directly to a school, college, university, or scholarship organization’s official email address upon request.
Fees:
- There is a $10 fee per official transcript request, which includes up to 5 official email transmissions.
- USPS-mailed official transcripts will be sent in a sealed, confidential envelope. The envelope must remain unopened; if the seal is broken, the transcript will be considered unofficial.
- An additional $1.00 fee applies per transcript mailed via USPS.
